On this last day of the year 2013, we take the opportunity of thanking Shreedisha Travels for making our tour to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore a memorable one.

Special thanks to Komal Shah, our tour manager, whose wonderful personality, humbleness, sincerity, dedication and commitment made our tour cozy and comfortable beyond expectation.
The excellent management of Shreedisha Travels has now inspired us to plan next tour to Europe in near future, now we cannot imagine any tour without Komal Shah as our tour manager. Sincere request to Shreedisha Travels to appoint Komal Shah as our tour manager for Europe tour whenever we book the same.
We also appreciate the good work of local guides viz. Sunita (Thailand), G.K.Ravi (Malaysia) and MZ (Singapore). We wish a very happy and prosperous new year 2014 to you.

I and my family went to the South East Asia tour organised by GoDisha which departed on 10th Nov 2013 from Kolkata. This was our first foreign tour & we enjoyed a lot. All the arrangements made were standard & of high quality. The itinerary was properly covered & on time, overall it was very good & worth every penny. All the places we visited like nong nooch, safari park, different cultural shows, shopping centers, markets, city tours ,chinese temples,batu caves, twin towers, kings palace , etc. were a treat to the eye & taught us about their culture & heritage. I would specially like to mention genting highlands, coral island, & universal studios where we enjoyed the most. In the end I would like to specially mention our tour manager Ms. Komal Shah. Throughout the tour she was very cooperative & guided & protected us like a family member. She was very sincere with her job, and we faced no problems in the tour. Thank you GoDisha & Ms. Komal shah for making the tour a memorable one. I look forward in going to many more tours with you.

This was our family’s first trip to a foreign land and first time we were going along with a whole group. So there were inhibitions and doubts—how would it go? What kind of people would we be meeting? So finally with all these doubts we headed to Pattaya and there at the international airport we met Komal for the first time who was calling us from a distance and guiding us to get our immigration done from the fast track so that we don’t have to wait. She along with the group waited for our family and there our trip started.
Komal from the very first day has always been very polite and soft spoken. She not only treated all the elders with respect but also loved and made the younger ones enjoy. Her Thai accent was her forte and everybody loved to hear that accent daily and gradually even we didn’t come to know how we got so involved with her talks and the way she spoke. The most memorable day of almost all the travelers were of course the day in Pattaya where we had gone for paragliding, underwater, coral island and disc at night. Komal took special care of everything. For Komal safety was her priority. She was not at all interfering or nagging anybody. She did not behave like a teacher but rather she behaved in a friendly manner and gave everybody their space and time to enjoy and be with their own family members. We had also celebrated the Blue Day where one by one she called everyone and according to number of blue colored things we wore, she gave away the prizes without any partiality. The gifts which she gave away to the winners were lovely and really memorable. She knew that all are strangers to one another so she made everyone speak and express what they felt about trip and how it was going and made all of us to sing one by one. This really made all of us friendlier and more interactive. Everything was well managed and was in proper discipline.

The Snow world in Genting Highlands was another memorable day for us whom Komal along with Lingam made it more beautiful and nice. Komal took special care of children whose parents didn’t come along to the universal studios. The best thing in Komal was that she told us about the next day’s plan the day before and we started imagining ourselves already there. She warned us about all ill elements, about next day’s time table and without our asking she told us everything that she knew we would be required of. We thank the Shreadisha team, Komal, Mac, Lingam and the one we met in Singapore. All made our trip beautiful, happening, mast and jhakkas. In one word it was ---Paisa Wasool…☻

Myself, my father PS Venkatram and mother Devi just returned from the Far-east tour yesterday late evening (14th). The tour was that begin on 3rd Nov was a truly memorable one. Food, accommodation and travel were of a very good standard. We had a great time at all places even though we are pure vegetarians.

All the tour guides viz. Mr. Mac, Mr. Lingam and Mr. Kennedy were very good, made us feel comfortable at all foreign lands and most importantly had very good knowledge about their respective countries. Naturally, even though the tour schedule was packed, they ensured that it did not become taxing and hectic for us.

Finally, a special word of thanks to your tour manager Ms. Komal Shah, who right from immigration at Mumbai airport till the see-off at Singapore airport catered to all the needs, queries and doubts raised by the group. Her dedication and sincere efforts ensured that the tour went off very smoothly. She maintained good composure and her energy levels had to be seen to be believed.

We appreciate her efforts to make us feel at home even abroad and we wish her good luck for all her future tour assignments.

Along with my family, I was part of the group which toured to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, recently. Right from the time when we all assembled at Mumbai airport on the night of 2nd November, up to the time we got back to Mumbai, Shreedisha was able to transform the group into a large family. Needless to mention, it was a great experience which we all will carry lifelong with us.

Hotels were spacious and comfortable and the food served was excellent. Not even for a minute, we felt homesick and craved to get back home. The tour itinerary was well planned out which meant that we got adequate rest while not missing out on any of the important sightseeing destinations.

I would also like to mention about the traditional day and blue day that we celebrated there, which again gave us a feeling of being home and celebrating our festivals. A unique part of the itinerary was the Disco at Pattaya. I am sure everyone right from kids to adults has enjoyed a lot there and those who had never been to a disco could experience it for the first time in their life.

Last, but not the least, our tour manager, Ms. Komal was much more than a guide to the entire group. While the elders were properly taken care of and adequately guided, the youngsters like us bonded with her very well as a close friend while she played around with the children so that they felt she was one among their group. She made the entire group feel at home and this is probably, one of the highlights of this memorable trip.

This is the 2nd time I selected GoDisha for our wonderful trip. I would like to complement to our Tour Manager Mr. Mahesh. He was with us in the entire tour and always available whenever we needed. He is very informative, polite, helpful and co-operative. He made our vacation memorable with sweet memories. The tour was consists of 20-25 members and on first day of tour we were strangers but he kept us together like family. We would like to see you again in our next tour.

Myself Jayesh Doolani and I am writing this feedback for the group trip with Mr. Sumit Pimple to Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore from 20th Dec to 30th Dec. I am a student and I was travelling alone on this trip and I must say I had a memorable time in these 10 days and all thanks to our Tour Manager Sumit.
Speaking about our Tour Manager, Mr Sumit Pimple, I frankly confess you that if I speak about his efforts and qualities, I will fall short of words. Let me share you an instance where we all were in a restaurant having our dinner and Kesari Group was also there along with us and we could clearly see their Tour manager's behavior towards their group. He was clearly being a Hitler and then I looked at Sumit and I realised how lucky I am to be with this group along with Sumit. Very rarely you see a tour manager being calm and composed throughout the trip. He was there with us all the time, letting us know everything about the places we visited in a meticulous manner, being on time himself and most importantly being Enthusiastic throughout the trip. Being humorous whenever the situation demanded was the best thing I noted in him and this is what boosts the group’s energy after a tiring day. The Blue Day which we celebrated was totally awesome. A 5hr journey became exciting and trust me no one was dull through out the 5 hr. journey. I personally got attached to him as a friend and it was indeed hard for me to bid him adieu on 30th December.
When we were in Singapore airport I said to Sumit that to hell with other travel agencies, I am and will definitely come on a trip with GoDisha, specially on the trip were you will be the Tour Manager. So I request you to kindly promote him as a tour manager for a Europe trip as that's where I wana go next .
I am falling short of words and ways to applaud or compliment the qualities and abilities of Sumit. He was at his best on our trip and I am glad that I chose to travel with GoDisha. It was indeed an enjoyable experience. Do convey him my happiness officially from your side.
