Important Notes

• The vehicle provided is for sightseeing on pointto-point basis as per the itinerary and not at disposal after the prescribed tour.
• Places / sites not visited as per the given tour sequence / route on guests own advice / choice will not be revisited except on extra payment as per applicable transport rate.
• Driver of the taxi is not a guide.
• Sequence of the day-wise tour program is subject to change depending upon traffic schedules / restrictions on some roads and other unforeseen travel-related conditions.
• Overnight staying option in the Nubra Valley is mainly in tented accommodation or standard hotels with facilities which may not be of the same level as the hotels being used in Leh.
• Overnight staying options at Pangong Lake are mainly in tented accommodation with limited facilities, such as restricted or no power supply, limited hot water provision, no TV etc. Visitors must also be prepared to pass the night under occasional low temperature even at the height of summer. The stress of passing the night at high altitude is also to be kept in mind.

ITINERARY CAN BE IN REVERSE DEPENDING ON THE AIR BOOKINGS AVAILABLE.<br />Rs 10000 IS NON REFUNDABLE.<br />Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense.<br />Lunch/Dinners are fixed menu<br />Breakfast will be continental which includes tea, coffee, cereal, juice, bread, butter.<br />Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers & GODISHA will not be liable for the same.<br />GODISHA shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.<br />The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, aero plane, bus, ship or other services.<br />We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised.<br />There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc not utilized on your tour.<br />On certain days due to flight connectivity there is a possibility that you may arrive late at your respective airport.<br />In such a situation sightseeing mentioned on Day 01 will be covered on another day.<br />The arrangement of wheel chair for any handicapped person for the tour has to be done by him & the same would not be provided by GODISHA Travels<br />Cancellation Policy:<br />In case you Prepone / Postpone or cancel your Tour Cancellation charges are as under.<br />More than 60days. `10000/- P.P<br />60-46Days 15% of Tour Cost<br />45-31Days 25% of Tour Cost<br />30-15Days 50% of Tour Cost<br />14-04Days 60% of Tour Cost<br />03-01Days 80% of Tour Cost
