We were particularly impressed with your booking procedure and efficiency, the most efficient we have ever used. Every question was answered immediately and clearly which gave us a lot of confidence.
Tour Manager and guides were all very kind and considerate all always punctual. The driver was also very attentive and efficient. We cannot think anything negative to say.
We enjoyed the trip very much and enjoyed the choice of hotels and meals provided to us.

Sorry for late response as I was busy in my other work. I would love to provide feedback on the exceptional customer service we received during our recent visit to Europe. The trip was started on 25th May 2016 and from the first day itself we realized that the trip is going to be one of the best and memorable for all of us. My parents was worrying about me as this was the first time when I travelled alone (Without my Parents) still I never felt that I was alone on that trip. Ashish made a familiar atmosphere among the Tour Members and we felt like a one family. I met with new friends and enjoyed the trip thoroughly.
Mount Titlis, Sea Aquarium, Rot air Ride, Engelberg, Eiffel Tower and Disney land gave us great appreciation
Overall, our trip to Europe was a great success thanks to the exceptional customer service.

The trip was great and enjoyed by us all and I would like to say a sincere thanks to Go Disha and team who involved in organizing the brilliant trip for us.
Ashish was a great guy, he did everything to make the stay a great experience, he was always available. Answered each and every question, helped out when needed. Alike all the places where we visited on tour were heart touching, experience of all the tour members were just Wow!
We had great meal throughout the trip and the yummiest food we had on trip was in Zurich.
This experience also given a confidence in using Go Disha for future trip.

The trip was consisting of 45 members still he has given an equal attention to everyone and that Surprise party, really surprised us. Ashish always making sure that we were comfortable and saw everything as schedule in itinerary. Our visit to Switzerland was very special to both of us although very overwhelming.

It was a fantastic trip with Go Disha.
Our Tour Manager Ashish was gem of a person. He was cooperative, friendly and witty. The transportation vehicle was also good and comfortable. He made our simple bus journey very enjoyable. Dancing, singing and playing at bus everything was enjoyable. We saw lot of beautiful countryside that was enhanced by the beautiful view of Eiffel Tower and snow of Mount Titlis and we were lucky enough to see the snowfall. Accommodation was comfortable enough and more importantly warm.
All in well, us had a great holiday….

I am a regular traveller of Go Disha. I have already enjoyed South East Asia trip with Go Disha and this was my second trip with you. Alike my first trip my Europe trip was also memorable. Ashish was our Tour Manager and he was compassionate and caring. He stuck to the timing of the tour whilst always retaining a calm and fun demeanor.
The tour itself was very well laid out and I think in the short time we had, we got to see as much as possible; there was no part of the tour that was not enjoyable. We will use Go Disha again for our next trip.

The trip was Excellent, everything about the trip was just awesome. No need for any improvement only a little bit enhancements required in pre tour services rest other were good. The Tour Manager Sumeet was most informative, helpful and accommodating and friendly. The lodging and boarding chooses for us where Excellent.
A day needs to be added at Singapore and Thailand.
