Trip was not good, sd they waited 1.5hrs in que of toilet, sd driver was not good he was not aware of the rout, sd B&B hotel of pisa was not good sd water was not available at washbasin so she used comord to wash the face , e1 lift was not working at idea hotel and they stucked in it
