This is reference to the above tour. Myself, i.e., Rajesh Vithal Gudekar and fly, SBI, BKC, LHO, Mumbai, part of the Group, wish to shared our pleasant experience in the tour. It was our first big tour, that too Foreign Tour, hence, we were in dilemma about the tour. My son, just eight years old, is first time travelling so long journey. We are just bit worried, how the tour will be managed. Shri Jayesh Patil, Tour Manager, managed our tour so beautifully and efficiently that we just forgot all our worries. Our group included 2 small kids including my son, 1 very senior citizen, he handled the situations so calmly and effectively, that we need not to stop anywhere between any point, or to take a halt. He took at most every utmost care of our entire group. The information provided by him about all the spots, destinations, sightseeing, were useful to us and makes us very comfortable. He is very clear and transparent about the charges to be paid and where we will get less expensive shopping helped us to save time as well money.
Further, Dipti madam, from your Operations Department, is also provided timely assistance and help whenever we required. Although, she was very busy to handling all the queries / assistance for implementation of successful tour, I never felt that she is avoiding and or ignoring any calls. She reverts immediately. Sarvashri Vinit, Nitin, Ritesh, Mahesh, and Sneha, Archana, Sonia Madams, all are cooperative and performing their roles perfectly. Right from the Visa to the Hotel Bookings, Food arrangements, was very nice. One small suggestion, Morning Continental Breakfast to the dinner is very long time, so if you provide, some Indian Snacks or light Indian snacks, like Pulav provided by you, at the Paris Airport, which was really need of the hour, in the afternoon of the tour, will be very good gesture and more delightful.
Bit improvement, i.e., provision of travel bags well before the tour, could have a great deal, even it could have been good publicity by carrying bags by more than 40 persons of the GO DISHA, just imagine what would have been the scenario in the EUROPE TOUR. Thus, bit improvement in overall Operations will definitely make GO DISHA, one of the best option to Brand Tour Operators. Albeit, if all the Departments work in synergy, GO DISHA, is the ultimate.
